The Assyrian Empire with its capital Assur had a formative influence on all advanced civilizations along the Euphrates and Tigris rivers, shaping and influenting Mesopotamian culture for centuries. The influence of this mighty empire can be seen in the so-called “Assur disks”.
Always place new Assur disks diagonally to each other. Each disk you place covers a feature printed on the landscape: be it a mountain, a forest, a sanctuary, an invention, or the course of a river. Place a new disk and immediately receive a score for it.
Papyria Assur contains the printed cotton bag along with 18 wooden disks and the rules in English and German.
